My Technician Logan Russo was awesome to work with. He was professional and very help with every aspect of the prosses. He explained everything completely and answered all my questions without making me feeling stupid as other places had. I would highly recommend anyone to go talk to him about Lucid Hearing Aids!! Excellent help from the audiology technician Logan! He found a reasonably priced replacement for a 7 year old Lucid hearing aid I lost. The old model was no longer available, but the new one he programmed for me was greatly superior. Having tried some temporary devices, I can assure you the ones availble through Lucid are far superior. I am very happy with the service!

My spouse, was in need of hearing aids. He had them years before. We stopped in at Sam's and talked with Logan. The experience was awesome. The testing was more than he had had in previous years. Logan was super informative on all aspects and fit him with hearing aids that was great for him and our budget. Logan is very personable and looking forward to working with him.
