Emily was terrific, after hearing test results she gave me a copy of results. Showed me pictures of ear canal and recommended an ENT to remove wax build up. I bought hearing aids and Emily adjusted them to my specific hearing loss needs. Start to finish excellent customer service, really happy with first pair of hearing aids. Good Job Emily!
