Lucid Hearing Center

We just left Sam’s Club in Kannapolis. My cousin and I brought my dad to get a free hearing test with CHRISTOPHER J. LOCANE. Christopher asked my dad “how are you?”. We translated for him. Christopher then asked my dad for his date of birth and I translated again. CHRISTOPHER immediately said because there is a language barrier he cannot proceed with the appointment. Christopher told us because my dad couldn’t say his date of birth he can’t do the hearing test. We tried to explain to CHRISTOPHER we could explain to my dad how the test works and he could do it on his own. My cousin also let CHRISTOPHER know the way he was acting was very rude. Christopher then waved her away and continued as if he had not said anything. We complained to his boss but I’m sure nothing will be done. So I’m say

Chris was most helpful . He made several suggestions and set up the new hearing aids. I have sent a friend to get hearing aids since I got mine. The aids really work great .

Service after sale is awesome. Buy a better grade aid. You can really tell the difference. CHRIS AT SAMS CLUB IS THE BEST!!!

Chris was great. He answered all my questions. I’m 70 and have a lot of questions about hearing aids. He worked with me. He showed me all the details. I feel he went above and beyond what most would have done.
