When one finds out that they need hearing aids, especially at a younger age it’s very upsetting. The gentleman act my Sam’s Club hearing center site was phenomenal. He explained everything to me so well, he put my feelings first, and he was just the kindest, most sympathetic soul I’ve ever met. He programmed a pair of demo hearing aids while I was there, and then we walked around the store to see if I could notice a difference and let’s just say it was life-changing. I heard the wheels on the carts as they passed by us. I heard the spray of a spray bottle as it came out of the nozzle, I heard people’s conversations, It was unbelievable.
