For those who value customer experience as much as I, Lucia's Pharmacy is the best. There is nothing but ease and kindness. When I have any questions about my grandmother's medication they are able to answer while making the medical terminology digestible for someone not in the field. I will always recommend Lucia's to those in the area for a stress free, consistent and reliable experience. Any time my grandma needs me to go with her to pick up, it's always a pleasure to volunteer to do so here.

Lucia’s Pharmacy truly stands out on Staten Island. The staff here go above and beyond every time I stop in. It’s rare to find a pharmacy that makes you feel like family, but they do just that. The place is always spotless, they’re quick with prescriptions, and they’re always happy to help with any questions. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I’m so glad to have them in the neighborhood — highly recommend!

Lucia’s is absolutely the best pharmacy. I don’t even live on Staten Island and I use their services. Their customer service reps are so knowledgeable and patient to obtain the necessary prior authorizations for medications and such and the deliveries on the weekends are the best. Knowing Lucia’s has my best medical needs at heart and not a dollar puts me at ease.

Lucia's Pharmacy is the best. The staff is polite and warm to their customers and the pharmacist is great and knowledgable on what is being prescribed and is happy to answer any questions. The store itself is clean and well organized.
