My experience here was extremely disappointing. A single tooth treatment turned into a nightmare, causing severe pain and requiring over $2,000 in additional care from a specialist and an emergency dentist. Despite this, my insurance was still billed multiple times for the work done at this office to “fix” the issue, leaving me with unexpected out-of-pocket expenses for planned treatments I could no longer afford. This situation reflects what I consider irresponsible dentistry. I was unaware that multiple return visits for the same tooth had exhausted my insurance benefits. I came back for additional work and afterwards, I discovered my coverage was gone, and I had to pay entirely out of pocket. I have been looking for a new dentist for my family and I, and can not recommend Dr. Luchini and his staff enough! The atmosphere is very warm and Dr. Joe is very patient and kind. My 2 year old did a visit as well and the whole staff was so good with him. Everyone from Courtney up front to Taylor in the back is excellent!

Dr Joe has been my dentist for almost 30 years. He and his team have taken excellent care of me and my entire family through the years. My husband and I are new to the area and needed to find a great dentist, so I asked around and was referred to Dr. Luchini. From my first phone call I knew we found the right place. The receptionist, Jess, was so kind and caring and answered all our questions. Allison is our hygienist and she is amazing!! So thorough in explaining everything and gentle to my teeth.
