If I could give a negative rating for this clinic for Dr. Betty Lo I would. The staff is rude and it is nearly impossible to reach the doctor especially for an urgent matter. I contacted this office several times in regards to my mother passing away and needing a death certificate signed. I was told the doctor was aware and would get it done. Two days passed and it was not completed before the weekend. I called all week long requesting to speak to the doctor and no one called me back. My mother was not able to be put at peace before the weekend due to the heartlessness and lack of compassion of this office. I echo the sentiments of the other reviewer. I will never return to this clinic and I suggest that no prospective, new patient go to this clinic, if they have a choice. My interaction with the doctors was positive. However, it doesn't matter how good the doctor is if the support staff is rude, lazy, and obstructionist. When I first arrived the receptionist was shooting the breeze with a friend, who stopped by just to chat; this lasted approximately 20 minutes. Their conversation was unprofessional and unrelated to any medical matter. Occasionally, the receptionist at the check out desk would yell over to add her two cents; again unprofessional.
