I am forever grateful to Chateau Veterinary Hospital for saving Thor’s life. Because of them, I still have my Thor with me today. The entire team showed incredible care, compassion, and dedication during such a scary time. They treated Thor like he was their own, and that means everything to me. Chateau Veterinary Hospital was absolutely amazing—especially if you’re traveling internationally with a pet, or honestly, if you just need an exceptional vet. They handled our international health certificate for our dog, Chester, and our cat, Muscade, and made what is usually a very stressful process feel completely manageable. Summer Stein was our main point of contact, and she is truly an expert when it comes to international travel paperwork. Dr. Fraser completed the health screening, and the entire process was seamless. We have taken our pets to Chateua Vet since 2010, and they have always been incredibly warm, friendly, and caring.
