I got my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Loyola about 3 days ago, and I felt no pain after the effect of the anesthesia ended, and I experienced little to no swelling. Nobody could imagine I just had 4 teeth pulled out. I am grateful for kind and amazing staff. I know each person’s case works differently, but I cannot complain about my experience, and I truly recommend Dr. Loyola.

Staff & doctor were friendly, procedure went well my only issue is they make you pay up front & won’t reimburse you until Indian e company pays them even though the procedure was 100% covered by insurance company. I’m still waiting on my reimbursement check, was told check sitting on Dr James’s desk awaiting his signature. I had the procedure done on November 13th! Update: It’s now January 9th & still have not received my reimbursement. This is unacceptable!!!

My consultation went great. Dr. Loyola was super nice, professional, & thorough. I booked my appointment 5 months later and was told I didn’t need another consultation (apparently I 100% needed someone to go over the aftercare). I arrived on time for my appointment, receptionist isn’t the nicest person you want to see or talk to before surgery. I went back all of the staff were super nice and comforting in the back. I had my surgery. That night the string from my stitches was all the way by my front teeth, I left a message and was called back immediately. I went in the next morning to have the Doctor check it out. He came in saying I’m not surprised you had an issue because you screamed the entire procedure. My ? Is why would you continue then. My daughter had all four of her wisdom teeth removed, and she was extremely nervous, especially about the IV. However, the nurses who assisted with her surgery were so kind and patient, making her feel comfortable and at ease during the procedure. I want to express my sincere thanks to the front office staff and the nurses in the back who helped the doctor with her surgery. Your care and professionalism meant the world to us. I wish I could leave 10 stars. Thanks again!!

This place honestly disappointed me. I had high expectations because the doctor was so nice to me during my consultation. However, when I went it to get wisdom teeth extracted, the receptionist was an absolute horror to deal with ( I wish I knew her name, but she’s the lady with a stank attitude and bright red box braids you can’t miss her). Firstly I would like to say I have a broken foot, and it is hard for me to get around the office. This lady was so cold to me I was shocked. It’s hard to believe that after a major oral surgery and a broken foot, you can’t find any empathy in your heart, or at the VERY LEAST not be rude and bitter. This woman was disrespectful, condescending, and her customer service was appalling. I don’t know how she is allowed to speak to people in that manner and g
