I have a gray tabby cat “Taco” he was experiencing some respiratory issues. They were friendly on the phone and worked him in same day and got him back quickly once we got there. The staff explained everything to me. They gave me a price before doing anything and the pricing was reasonable. I’m very happy with services.

We have I believe 8 of our pets under their care. Everyone on their staff is extremely friendly and great to deal with. Their visits are quick and efficient. They are way more affordable than a lot of the vets closer to charlotte. We have had 4 cats fixed and 1 dog fixed with them. The surgeries and recoveries all went great. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Dr. Phillips and her team are extraordinary! The personal care they provide for the patient is first rate and the care they afford the owner is comforting and encouraging!

Staff is awesome!! They treated us like family. They taught us things about our small breed puppies that was a big help. Called the next day to check up on our babies due to having their first puppy shots. Highly recommend!!
