Chester Family Dental Care

I had an excellent experience at Chester Family Dental. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. The office is clean, modern, and organized, which immediately put me at ease. Dr. Yang was incredibly thorough, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable throughout my visit. The entire team showed genuine care and attention to detail, making what could have been a stressful appointment surprisingly easy and pleasant. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and compassionate dental team. I’m very grateful to have found them!

Every now and then, I come across an individual or group that is remarkably kind, professional, and respectful, so I want to write about them. On Thursday, June 5, I was on my way to a motorcycle rally in Charlotte, when I suddenly felt a cap on one of my teeth roll around loosely in my mouth. It was truly a bad time for this to happen, as it was in the front, and this upcoming social event would have been a nightmare for me. I pulled over and looked for a dentist — knowing quite well, that a call by an unknown person to a dental practice will likely be ignored. The first place I found was Chester Family Dental Care, in Rock Hill, SC — around 3 blocks from me. I didn't call. I just "showed up" and explained that I have an "emergency", and asked if someone could look at this and "re-glue".

I’ve been a patient here for a long time, and I’ll absolutely keep coming as long as I live in South Carolina! I love Dr. Yang—she extracted my tooth quickly and with care. The dental assistants were so kind and made me feel completely at ease, even giving me blankets during my visit. I usually never leave reviews, but I had to after such a great experience. Sherri ALWAYS does a fantastic job cleaning my teeth, and I genuinely enjoy our fun conversations every time!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff with outstanding Dentists. Wheelchair accessible parking but steps going in front door makes it hard for wheelchair. Noticeable from Road with easy in an easy out. Very reasonable rates with outstanding quality work done. First time I've been to a dentist that seems to always be on time.
