I was very happy with Dr. McNeil. She explained my procedure very well and I would definitely like to be treated by her again. Something else that made an impression on me was a photograph I saw in the waiting room. It was a photo of the staff with Dr. McDermott standing behind them, not in front. This sends a message of how she appreciates her staff. Kudos!
Every one there was very professional and friendly. The office was clean and nothing looked old and run down. I appreciate the investment of the new x-ray equipment. To me that shows a desire to keep up with technology, resulting in quicker results and treatment.
Wonderful reception and excellent treatment from Dr. McNeill. Checking out I was given an appointment on 5/20 @ 11:45 AM. I then got a text with an appointment at 9:45. I assume the text was in error and I plan on keeping my 11:45 I have always experienced welcoming people and very good treatment
