I could not be any more blown away with the impeccable care that has been given to me thus far in my treatment With East Brewster Dental! Dr. Mediavilla and her assistant Julia are the BEST! The front desk staff are so knowledgeable and helpful and kind! I have a lot of dental work that needs to be done and I’ve had a lot of dental problems ever since I was a little kid and I’ve never received this level of care. I give Dr. Fitzgerald a solid 5 stars for being an outstanding dentist. If it was not for her, I would leave this practice because of their billing department. Unfortunately, this review is for the practice and not just their great Dentist. The billing department is having trouble processing Insurance. They have submitted to incorrect places and submitted the same claim 3 times when they were paid correctly with the first submission. I have been trying for over a year to get on track with them, but I continually get brushed off by Ken. 4 months ago was the final email I had with him in which he said I’m working on it and will get back to you. I finally gave up and made a phone call to the insurance company who said they will be contacting them directly to help educate them on how to put th
