Lowens Pharmacy

Is very unfortunate that many people have had a bad experience with the people behind the counter. Because the owners of this pharmacy will bend over backwards to help you in any way , shape or form to make sure that you not only get the right medication , but that you are safe and that you don't get cross medications that could kill you. I've been going to this pharmacy for years and I can't say enough good about the owners. Behind the counter...Yeah , they need a bit of a beating. But what's most important is your health and the correctness of your medication which this pharmacy does.I highly highly highly highly highly recommend them. A truly satisfied customer. No we are not related 🤣

the owner/manager recklessly drives on 3rd avenue on his motorcycle when they pull in and park in front of the store. I almost felt he was going to hit me. what a total disregard for the community. I will never shop there even if I were desperate.

Filled the wrong prescription and they insisted it was correct...Manager gave me a hard time. This IS DANGEROUS to Sr Citizens....BEWARE go anywhere else...

So sad to see how different owners destroying the business build for years. Been using this pharmacy for a decade but whoever is owners now-aren’t doing good customer service. Came to get my prescription,woman over there told me that she doesn’t see it in a system,I called my doc office-they said it’s there for couple days already; I came back and she told me that she just got it,which isn’t true. Then she said that I need to pay for it. When I asked why,cause insurance should cover it-she lied again that she didn’t received the prescription so they giving me for out of pocket-make no sense. And obviously it was in a rude manner and completely unpleasant.

It used to be a great pharmacy years ago. Not anymore. Lately, they try to resolve the issue they had with my prescription but don’t want to admit to their mistake using wrong code. Costco and CVS have no problem processing my prescription with 0 co-pay but Lowen’s wants $15. Lowen’s is not about $15 is the principle of admitting mistake and fixing it.
