Thank you to everyone at Lowell Animal Hospital for their compassionate end of life care they gave to our little man Peanut. From the initial phone call with questions about end of life services to the sensitivity that was shown from the moment we walked in the door and told them we were there to say goodbye, the entire staff was warm, loving, supportive and comforting. Special thanks to Sidney and Dr. Wise for helping us through this process, their care and concern brought much comfort in a very difficult time. Anyone facing a similar heartbreaking choice should consider Lowell Animal Hospital for their beloved pet's end of life care.

The vet and nurses seemed to really hear my dogs problems. They took us straight back and went to work. My dog was so sick and I was concerned he would die but they were very reassuring that I caught it soon enough for them to help him. He’s only 2months and 22 days old. I’m so glad I brought him here. The clinic itself is great. Everyone was super friendly, welcoming, and made us feel comfortable right away. The front desk staff and techs were kind and attentive, and overall the visit was positive. That said, I was a little disappointed with Dr. Grosch’s attention to detail during the exam. When listening to my dog’s heart/lungs, only one area was checked on the under side of my baby. I had always understood that vets typically listen in multiple spots around their chest, so that felt rushed and left me uneasy. I also felt that explanations were pretty minimal, I had to ask several follow-up questions to really understand what was going on, rather than being walked through things proactively. I can’t say enough amazing things about this vet. The level of care and their empathy and compassion are incredible. The prices compared to other vets are the most reasonable. We’ve had 3 dogs in their care, one just sadly crossed the rainbow bridge this morning and their special room for that service, the techs and doctor during this heartbreaking time were so sweet. They let us have as much time as we needed, we didn’t have to see any other patients waiting, we didn’t have to walk out in front of anyone else with tears streaming down our faces. Truly grateful we found this vet. Thank you to all the doctors and staff here who truly care about our furry family.

I can’t recommend Lowell Animal Hospital enough! The vets are extremely knowledgeable, and every staff member—from the front desk to the vet techs—is so kind and caring. They truly go above and beyond for their patients. The facility is always spotless—I constantly see them cleaning and sanitizing to keep the environment safe and welcoming. I’m so grateful for the outstanding care they give to our dogs and puppies. We trust them completely!
