Had a problem with my frames from another optical shop. My new frames fell apart because they had broken one of the set pins. I stopped into Lowcountry Vision Care since they carried the particular brand of frames I use. The optical technician could not have been more helpful. They actually carried the brand of frames I use which are typically very hard to find. She found a pair of display frames that were perfect. Fitted them on my new lenses and charges me a nominal fee. I was flying out of town that afternoon that afternoon so it was a true blessing.

Lost my glasses on vacation and they got my prescription from my optometrist in 24 hours. Thankful for Kerri Leonard’s expertise, friendly demeanor, and professional care. Highly recommend coming here for your vision care. Great selection of frames and excellent customer care! Can’t beat that!

Last week my husband woke up with red, swollen eyes and lids. I was a patient there, but Jim had never been there. I called as soon as they opened and they gave him an appointment by 9:30am. Dr. Smith prescribed drops for him, and asked us to follow up the next day. There was improvement, so he advised Jim to continue the treatment and follow up in five days. By that time he was back to normal! We were very grateful that they took a new patient for a same day visit and did such a thorough follow up.

Highly recommend. Was on vacation & eyeglasses broke. Everyone was so nice & happy to help. Eyeglasses were fixed quickly & free of charge.
