Jill and the staff were super nice and answered all my questions! I never felt rushed or like I was “bothering” someone. Jill gave me good advice and helped me to become calmer, I appreciated that! If I’m ever needing Thor services again, I hope I will have the same “crew”!

My daughter was seen here today as her pediatrician was closed & we didn’t want to make her more miserable by sitting in the ER. Our immune-suppressed girl tested positive for strep on Tuesday and started antibiotics that day. 4 days later we wake up with a 103.2 fever feeling like crud. Thus the reason for our Saturday trip. Upon checking in and getting to the back, the nurse (I don’t remember her name) was dismissive from the start. Besides the fact that she was continuously argumentative - but it is very apparent that she doesn’t care for her job in the slightest. My daughter was tested for the flu and Covid, but I was blown away to see that when she tested her she simply swiped the RIM of my daughter’s nose. Which resulted in negatives for everything. I was very happy with the nurse practitioner she was amazing and she listened to my concerns And she was very concerned for my health she was very very very good as well as the other people that we're there The only part that bothered me. What was heaven to do all the chicken? In when you're not feeling well on your phone You haveyou'm not sure why the receptionist can't do it? But other than that, I have no compliance

awesome urgent care center. in and out quickly. awesome staff. clean facility. knowledgeable nurses and Drs. couldn't ask for a better health care experience when your sick!!
