When I found out I was pregnant with my first a friend recommended ELM to me. We were able to get in to see Mrs.Laura & we absolutely love her. She takes care of my daughter almost like one of her own. Staff is nice & helped me get my insurance situated when I had no idea what to do as a first time mom. Definitely recommend!

I live in Florence but ELM is worth the drive!!! Fabulous staff. Clean facilities! Expedient appointments. They listen to the families and find the answers for their little patients. Could not love them more!!!

Thank you so much to all the delightful staff at Elm Pediatrics! My inner child would have enjoyed this amount of love and patience from a doctors office. My daughter and my son have been going here since we moved to South Carolina, I am grateful I stumbled across this amazing place. Everything is clean and I love how they decorate the place, the atmosphere is wonderful, I’d recommend this place to anyone in the area and let me say this, even a 30 minute drive to this place is worth it!! Thank you also to Ms. Laura for always greeting my children with a smile!

10/10 . Wouldn’t recommend another pediatrician other than this one. They are passionate about their jobs & the children. 24 hour call line is very convenient for little emergencies. We love Mrs. Laura🫶🏼🫶🏼

Absolutely love love love this doctors office! You can tell that the providers don’t just clock in and get through the day, they thoroughly love the kids! My daughter lights up so excited when she sees Ms Monica. All the ladies have wonderful caring personalities. I cannot say enough about how much I love this office and these ladies for taking such good care of my girl! It’s worth the 45 minute drive each time so if you have to make a drive, just do it. You won’t regret it.
