I am beyond disappointed with the service my mom received at this location. I purchased the Sweetgrass Deluxe Spa Package for her for Mother's Day, paying the full amount online in advance. Despite receiving a confirmation of the reservation, the staff treated her terribly, claiming that there was no reservation for her. To make matters worse, she overheard the staff making disrespectful and hurtful comments, saying she "does not belong in a place like this" and insinuating that she couldn't afford the services - that were already paid for!! This is absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. Not only did they fail to honor the reservation, but they also made my mom feel unwelcome and disrespected. I expect a business that claims to offer a luxury experience to treat all custome

I'm a former LMT and am very picky about receiving massages. I'm also 6 months pregnant, which adds to the fun. I can say without question that Blakely gave me the best massage I've ever had! I chose to receive the spa package (mini-facial, hot stone massage and foot scrub) and am so glad I did. First of all, her table was so comfortable I thought I was going to fall asleep before she even started. The mini-facial was just what I needed and didn't irritate my skin. The hot stone massage was nothing short of amazing, and the foot scrub was the cherry on top. Her pressure was perfect, and she checks in throughout the experience to make sure you're comfortable (but isn't overly chatty if that's not your thing, which I really appreciate). I will definitely be a regular client from now on!
