Dr. Wilson is a wonderfully compassionate person! Today she removed 2 large squamous cell carcinomas from my wife who is late stage dementia. She kept up a conversation asking about what we had been doing since we were last there. We have also had great past experiences with her and her practice partner Dr. Hannegan. I give my highest recommendation to her and Lowcountry Dermatology. And yes. They are so good they have appointments several months ahead. And yes. If you don’t have insurance coverage and are not willing to commit to paying a deposit for an appointment, you should opt for the free clinics.

Highly recommend. Staff is excellent and professional. Dr. Zipperer is my doctor and she is wonderful, very thorough and personable. Most of my family goes here and we trust them very much.

I saw Carrie Zipperer for my annual skin exam. She was so incredibly kind and patient, as well as very thorough, she took the time out to explain any concerns she had as well as address any concerns or questions I had. I left feeling very confident that I was in good hands and plan to continue seeing her annually. The staff are very friendly as well.

I love this place! I have been coming here for almost 10 years and it has been amazing. Dr. Sandra Hannegan is one of the best Dermatologists I have ever been to. She listens to all of my issues and we put a plan together. They have always been able to accommodate my time frames and help me with any flareups on my psoriasis. Thank you so much for caring about me and my son! I could not imagine going anywhere else! I tried several other places in the local area and none of them were able to really help me and all they wanted to do is sell me the regular over-the-counter products which cost $$$$. If you want to true Dermatologist this is the place to go to!

Called to make an appointment as a new patient. First question was asking who was my insurance. Then proceeded to tell me they have a $40 new patient "deposit" for the appointment. When I stated that was more than my copay, the receptionist said they would hold the balance as a credit on my account. I did not make an appointment as I find this super tacky and unprofessional. They seem to be more concerned about money than patient care.
