I have Crohn's, my GI did all the test but said I was too health and young to be going through what I was going through. I was active duty military. I got base locked here in Charleston, after my other two bases. This place listened and finally I got the treatment I very much needed. I had basically no flares after they have me the proper treatment. I only started going here after my joint pain got worse. I'm so very thankful, and just want to say thank you. for getting my life back.

Initially I had a great experience at this office. The front desk was kind, the doctor was seemingly empathetic, and the woman who drew my blood was nice. However, it has been 4 months of hell trying to get my prescribed specialty medication. I recognize this is an issue between insurance, the pharmacy, and the doctor, but there was zero communication between the doctor and I as I was struggling for months in pain. I contacted them multiple times and they rarely got back to me. I even contacted them about these issues a week before writing this and they never got back to me. I don't know if they have an influx of patients or if it truly did not matter that I was in excruciating pain. I'm seeking care elsewhere.

’ve been sick for four years and have seen just about every doctor imaginable — including two different rheumatologists — with no real answers. It wasn’t until I met Dr. Collins at Low Country Rheumatology that everything finally changed. Within one month of working with him, I feel alive again for the first time in years. He actually listened, cared, and took his time to figure out what was truly wrong instead of brushing off my symptoms. Because of him, I finally have a diagnosis and a treatment plan that works. I can’t thank Dr. Collins enough for giving me my life back.

Poor communication. Why have an online portal if no one is going to respond? And when they do respond its just to give an excuse as to why they have not contacted you and not what to actually do about your problem. One would think that abnormal lab results showing the liver is damaging its self would be cause for quick communication. Please do yourself a favor and find another provider. Their response "We respond within 24 business hours. I messaged the portal at 1:42 PM Thursday October 16th. The next reply was from Nurse Sherri at 3:21 PM Monday October 20th. And all that reply was full of was excuses about the Medical Assistant being busy. I was not contacted within 24 business hours, and given the lab results and circumstances I would have expected a little more than 4 whole days lat

Everyone at this facility were wonderful! Friendly and attentive. The sweet lady that drew my blood was the best. She couldn’t have been any nicer and I really enjoyed speaking to her, but most of all I literally NEVER felt the needle go in or come out. I have had good needle sticks before, but never like that. She’s a pro! Thank you everyone for being so nice.
