Today was my first massage with Abby and I will definitely recommend her to everyone I know. I felt comfortable, I felt relaxed, and I felt like I was in good hands. She talked to me at the end about some spots that I know I've had knots and give me problems and gave me some feedback as to how my muscles and my body felt in terms of stiffness and movability. After living through some stressful times, it's nice to know that I'm not completely broken 🤣🤣 I love that her technique isn't just to hit the knots with as much pressure as possible. I could tell while she was working on my shoulder she would move down to my hand or move down into my mid-back or into my neck like she was trying to find where the pain is actually stemming from.
