To the staff at Loving Hearts....I want to thank you for the care you gave my Darla. She was 3 years old and very sick. You showed my baby such love and caring Unfortunately, she passed away from cancer. But you all showed her such compassion in her last few days. I appreciate all you did to try to save her. I had an absolute great experience with the new vet and management. Our dog Charlie had a little hack, and was due for his vaccines. They were able to get us in on a Saturday morning after calling them after hours Friday evening. Their text back system is great. Everyone was so nice, happy and professional. Charlie didn’t have the greatest experience last year, and I felt pressured into meds for him. I left with a bad taste in my mouth. After reading the reviews with new management we decided to stay and schedule Charlie. The new vet and staff really listened and Charlie did very well with them. She recommended him “not” being on antibiotics unless he developed nasal discharge. I can’t tell you how happy I was to hear this. A lot of places will try to push unnecessary meds. Thank you all a

the best service and care ever! suddenly our almost 17 year old pomeranian (sasha) was in a bad way and we knew it was time! we made a quick call to loving hearts, these people were amazing in our hour of need! the situation couldn't have gone any better with the staff showing outstanding care and kindness! thank you ted & tracy

I brought my big beautiful cat, Oliver of 14 years, here last week as he wasn't acting himself only to find out he was very sick and would not last much longer. He seemed to get sick so fast even though he probably had been getting there for a while. I was extremely devasted to learn that his time on earth was over that day. Dr. T and Jacob were so wonderful, caring, compassionate, and handled my boy with such love. I had never been to this Vet's office before and I highly recommnd them. Their prices are reasonable too. They even sent me a condolence card. :-) They really do give good care to your animals! Thank you so much for taking care of my beautiful boy in his last moments! I will forever be grateful. I may not get over that cat for a while but I know he is at least not suffering and

I have never been to a vet with the level of empathy and love this group has for animals and their wellbeing. My schnauzer started having seizures and they were with me every step of the way. Today, I had to make the tough decision to put him to sleep because the meds were not working anymore and his cluster seizures were uncontrollable. As hard as this was, I'm so glad I picked them to care for Ben. I am forever grateful for their genuine, caring service.
