Walked in with a literal hole in the back of my mouth emergency. Wasn’t a patient but I am now. They saw me quickly and took care of me. Everyone was so friendly and sweet and calmed me down when I was freaking out. Highly highly HIGHLY recommend

The front staff was a bit rude upon entering but I guess I could move on from that. I came for a simple teeth cleaning. The doctor came in to do an exam on my teeth and basically just scoffed a bunch and made comments on how messed up my teeth are and how I’m “killing” them. The doctor leaves and next thing you know the receptionist is handing me a payment plan over $6,000 of work. They didn’t even try to explain why I needed 6K in work. Then asked me if I wanted to start payments.. uhh no? I went to another dentist who quoted me $1000 in work and who actually described what I needed done and why. This place sucks.

This place is a total scam!!! I took my infant here for silver diamine fluoride and the desk lady never told me that the insurance wasn’t going to cover it. All she said was, “I’m going to put a request in for your insurance.” They are suppose to notify me about when the insurance doesn’t accept the request but they didn’t. Other dental office would briefly go through the explanation of service cost with you but this place will not! After my child got her SDF, the desk lady surprised me with a bill of $726!!! If this is how Lovett Dental runs their business then they ought to be ashamed of themselves.

DO NOT GO HERE! Bought a groupon for xrays and a cleaning. I had xrays I got a month prior emailed over from another office, they claimed they could not use them and had to take a new full set in order to do the cleaning. They refused to do a cleaning without their own xrays. (the ADA recommends limiting a full set of xrays to once every 2 years at most to limit radiation exposure - I was about to walk out of the office but they acted like I was silly to worry about radiation and told me how it's less than you get from the sun, so I naively complied -.-) after taking the xrays, they said I needed a $400+ deep cleaning done (which is normally needed only for people who have frequent gum infections or periodontal problems. When I told them I wanted a normal dental cleaning, they refused and insisted to give me a much more expensive deep dental cleaning, which will cost me almost 3000 dollars. Total ripoff. Will never go there again
