Lovett dental

As evidenced by other reviews, highly recommend you avoid this place. On top of waiting nearly an hour for the hygienist, I am having to pay nearly $200 after laser cleaning and excessive # of x-rays. On example is the panoramic x-ray that is typically performed every 36 months but was done twice in 1 year by 2 Lovett locations. I plan to file complains with CMS, TSBDE and ADA but please avoid this location unless you are looking to be punished by excessive billing and wait times. I imagine the office may respond but take that with a grain of salt. As my other reviews indicate, I don't often post negatively.

Haven Dentistry is wonderful!! I've been going to them for many years now. Dr. El Deeb is so considerate and stops if anything is at all painful. The whole team in the office is so great and very helpful. The office manager, Aida, and front desk, Natalie, are always so friendly and kind. They all make you feel like you're the most important patient. Hygienist Farnaz and dental assistant Brie are both awesome!!!! Franaz really takes a special interest in you and gives great advice to help keep your teeth clean at home too. Recently, I moved out of the neighborhood, but I still go to this dentist because they are that good. Everything is so nice and clean, too.

Lovett Dental is slow at refunding their patients. You have to pay for service before you receive it. They over charged me and I have been waiting several months for an over charge of poor services that I was supposed to receive. The staff members and corporate office are unprofessional and unorganized. I have been waiting months for so many poor excuses that I'm overwhelmed with them. I do do not recommend Lovett dental to my worst enemy. I can't wait until this nightmare is over. Shame on the owners!! am very excusedexcuseswith no

Worst wisdom tooth removal. Come to find out years later during an x ray or my mouth that the dentist here who i believe is cuban or Puerto Rican, left a fragment of the tooth still in my gums of the tooth that's been causing excruciating pain, he also tried to not give me pain killers after his botched surgery. I don't live in Houston anymore, but screw this place.

The front desk girl cancelled my appointment scheduled for yesterday stating her specialist doesnt see new patients. Rescheduled me for today but when I arrived she had not actually scheduled my appointment. The manager was extremely disrespectful pulling her phone out and secretly recording me as I requested to file a complaint. She called security whom I spoke with and even he sided with me but the manager refused to open the door and speak to security. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!
