Lourdes Urgent Care- Ambassador Caffery

The lobby was clean and the representative at the front desk was very kind, professional, and attentive. She definitely made my Check in experience more pleasant in showing compassion considering how I felt upon walking in. The staff taking vitals were also very thoughtful and considerate of my symptoms , and I was handled with tender care. I remember thinking as I left, as awful as I felt, everyone here made that visit much more tolerable and even pleasant considering. I would definitely recommend this location when needing urgent care.

The nurse that had taken me back, (I don’t remember her introducing herself), was very rude and being a young teenage girl, I brought my boyfriend along for support and I felt as if I was being mistreated and possibly profiled. Once the Nurse Practitioner, Robin came in she made sure I was very well taken care of and met all of my needs that I asked for. After administering my shot the first nurse told me not to be dramatic when I said it hurt and then told my boyfriend and I to get out of the room after she gave me my paperwork and said that if I limped out she would report me, I think she was half joking but it make me feel very strange. The visit itself was productive, however the patient service I received was not the greatest.

I just feel when someone walk in the urgent care with chest pains at the helpdesk. The lady should let them know to go to the ER because y’all do not have the equipment to determine what’s going on with the patient instead of letting them check in and taking their co-pay of $125 and once they see the doctor, the doctor words are you need to go to the emergency room because we do not have the equipment to do blood work or EKG

Wait time was short mainly got there early. Also this was a yearly repeat of sinus infection which comes from the latest season changes. Staff was pleasant and all my needs were met. Will continue to use this location in the future. It helps when it’s only a mile from my home.

I had stopped using this facility because of very poor service from the previous staff. I recently required urgent care & decided to try this facility again. I was pleasantly surprised to see all new staff who also were very pleasant to interact with.
