Louisiana Dental Center - Chalmette

The dentist and assistants were professional and friendly, and I was satisfied with the treatment. However, the receptionist was completely different. When I said I use Louisiana Medicaid, her attitude clearly changed: no greeting, cold looks, reluctant nods. With American or English-speaking patients, she was friendly. No one should be looked down upon because of their insurance or language ability. I will reconsider whether I continue treatment at this clinic.

I can’t say enough good things about Bonnie! She went above and beyond to make sure I was fully informed about my dental procedure and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. She carefully reviewed all of my payment options and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. During the procedure, she continuously reassured me and made sure I was doing okay. Her kindness, patience, and professionalism truly stood out. She made a big difference in my experience!

Quick service and very friendly staff! The staff is incredibly kind and patient with my son. We always have a great experience at the Chalmette office. Highly recommend!

My dental visit today was by far my best dental visit I ever had. I was extremely in pain and had to do an emergency walk in and someone cancelled their appointment and thank god they did because dr. L. Mirzai extracted two teeth that have been causing so much pain and stress in my life she was fast and friendly I forgot the DA that was assisting her name but she was very nice and friendly and helpful. I will recommend anyone that’s having pain or just neeed a cleaning to go to Louisiana dental chalmette. They are tip tier.
