Hypocrisy oath not Hippocratic oath!!! Be prepared for close minded practices. Made an initial appointment in September. No availability til November. They call day before appointment, state they don't know if my insurance is accepted and then I call back only to have them say they do accept it but not for new clients. Then Stephanie hung up on me. Drs offices really need to stop scheduling months out and learn to provide care. The Hippocratic Oath is just full of hypocrisy. Hope they have everyone cancel on them tomorrow last minute

Their website says they accept Medicaid but they don't. Not for "new patients". I'm not sure what the difference is in a new patient having Medicaid and an old one having Medicaid, but if you don't accept it then it needs to be taken off your website. It should be about patient care and not the type of insurance, old or new, you have or how much money you have. Patient care has become a thing of the past and it's all about the money now.

Been a patient at Louisa Family Practice since I was little (I'm over 40 now) my parents and grandma went there and I refer everyone close to the practice to use them. Dr Southall is the best Doc I have ever been to and Dr Harkrader is runner up. Nobody I have ever been to shows as much care for their patients as they do. I really wish they could be closer to me but I know they do accept almost all insurances.

Dr Southall has been my Dr for over 30 years and counting hands down one of the best people and Dr's you will ever find. Highly recommended

Doctor I see is good but every time I come, for the last 3 or 4 appointments, I have waited well over an hour. Going on 1.5 hours today and still have not talked to the doctor.
