CVS Pharmacy

Right now Louisa CVS (Staff and Pharmacy) is the best they’ve ever been. Streamlining on the app has been very helpful. Also, the friendliness of the staff, pharmacists and the team in the back; great attitudes! I use the CVS in Charlottesville on 29 and Rio, they are also wonderful but Louisa is better staffed. They always call back promptly to answer my messages and if something isn’t right they typically fix any mistake very quickly or whatever the task may be they they have always done what is necessary to make things right. Appreciate all of you!!!!

I have been using this pharmacy for the past year and it has remained the worst pharmacy I have ever worked with. Every single time I go to pick up a prescription, they have lost it or it isn't ready despite it being HOURS since it was put in. Every single other CVS pharmacy I have had has had it done before I even get to the pharmacy when I lived 5 minutes away. I am just beyond frustrated and would recommend anyone moving to the area utilize literally any other pharmacy in the area, even if it is a drive. Save yourself the hassle.

CVS pharmacy needs to hire more people so they can take care of there customers more efficiently . Theres always a line and numerous people waiting. I think if a business can't handle the amount of people they serve then they need to look at that number and come up with a plan to make it work for everyone.

Very disappointed in this pharmacy. The pharmacy worker named Laurie was not only rude to staff...but also customers. An elderly lady needed her blood sugar medication and cvs was out. Instead of helping her find somewhere to get...she told her "find another pharmacy". This ladies BS was 250!!!! No cares...just rude. I also observed her being rude to an elderly gentleman. I helped the gentleman and the lady! Never using this CVS again.

Corporate needs to pay the pharmacists and techs more money, so that more staff are readily available to work in the pharmacies. Customer needs are exceeding the amount of staff at all or most CVS pharmacies in the central Virginia region. The drive thru hasn’t been open for over a year. The one on Orange County VA. Had vaccination appts scheduled, texts were sent to individuals who signed up, and when people went in for their shot, they were told due to staffing issues, the pharmacy closed down. No text messages, calls or emails were sent out to those scheduled. Not a great way to run a business CVS. Just received an email from our dentist, while waiting with others who returned back in line an hour later to get their prescription. It seems not even the medical providers can get in touch
