Staff is professional, kind and considerate. Dr Louie removed a very difficult molar with little discomfort. Followed after care instructions and was nearly pain free after a few days.

At 78 I had a mower that needed to be taken out but also had a root canal underneath. The doctors office was the best looking office I’ve ever been in and trust me. I’ve been to a lot of doctors over the years. Dr. Louie was so professional and he was so good at what he had done it. The whole experience was very professional. I can’t recommend him high enough His to his office to a very professional doctor. I could also say from the movie mash he was painless. That’s Dr. painless.

My daughter (age 8) needed to have some teeth removed. Dr. Louie was amazing. During the initial consultation, he went over EVERYTHING with her and even demonstrated how cold her arm would feel before he put the IV in it during the appointment. She left knowing that the actual procedure wouldn't be scary at all. The day of the appointment went smoothly as well, with the staff answering all my questions and taking excellent care of her. I would recommend them to anyone that needs oral surgery.

Wonderful doctor and office - everyone is kind and helpful, and they work well as a team. My situation was confusing (2 CT scans and 3 doctors weighing in), and Dr. Louie worked carefully with me to make sure we were doing the right thing. This extraction was the easiest procedure I've had all year (compared to 6 hours of root canal & crown on the tooth next to the one we removed). Dr. Louie is perfect for osteoporosis patients as he studies the latest research on bisphosphonates and extractions. I am very glad Dentistry by Design referred me to him! He also has a fun sense of humor which helped me relax. Terrific experience.

There was a lady in the reception that spoke highly of Dr. Louie. The extraction took no time. He gave me an extra dose of anesthesia & his staff gave me literature for post-op care. It healed really well. My only minor gripe is the wait but overall highly recommend! I wish all providers are as skilled. He’s an excellent oral surgeon.
