Lauren is not only naturally gifted and intuitive in how she approaches massage, but actively seeks out more knowledge regularly by taking classes and implementing what she learns. I have been seeing her monthly for about a year and feel so fortunate to have found such an incredibly talented practitioner. Lauren has a gentle and calming energy about her which puts me at ease. She works out all of the kinks I have in my neck which feels amazing. She is highly skilled in the TMJ area and hips as well! I get the MFR & Massage combo and always leave feeling blissed out. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I saw Lauren for the myofascial release and massage hybrid and it was life changing. She has such a gift and after the session my body was pain free. I could feel that things like my shoulders and hips were more aligned when they had felt offset or crooked before. I slept better and I had a big emotional release after. Lauren’s space and energy are so calm and welcoming. I can’t wait to go back and I can’t recommend her services enough

I’ve had several massages with Lauren and they’ve all been amazing, but this myofascial session was something else. She worked on areas that aren’t usually worked on in a regular massage and somehow knew exactly where my body was holding tension—physically and emotionally. I felt real release and left feeling lighter and more grounded. Her touch is intuitive and powerful. I truly can’t say enough good things about her work.

Lauren gave me one of the best massages I've ever had. She was incredibly attentive, and really listened to my concerns about my shoulder, neck and lower back pain. The room was beautiful and peaceful. The bed was amazingly comfortable , and I felt so much better after. She is truly a professional!
