The staff and pharmacist at Lotus are extremely helpful and thoughtful. They answer questions that I haven't even thought to ask. And they deliver!

I honestly didn't even know that a pharmacy was there. When I walked in, they were super helpful on inviting. There was no wait time and they have a large variety of other medical supplies and supplements.

Best pharmacy ever - fast, friendly, & helpful.

This pharmacy is absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful. I called for my refill today and the man that is Indian with a very thick accent that answered the phone was very rude. I tried to explain to him what I needed, and he said he is a boss yelled at me told me to shut my mouth when I tried to he told me to shut my mouth again if I spoke again, he would cancel my prescription so I stay quiet for a few minutes to hear his rant OK and then told me he was canceling my prescription. I literally could not even get one word in, somebody needs to fire him I need medication to live. I am a diabetic who needs medication to make sure I keep my health in good standing but he did not care and he hung up on me. I have never called a pharmacy and be treated like the way I was today it is total

Service at Lotus pharmacy took a dramatic dive in all aspects of customer satisfaction to the point that my husband started looking to other pharmacy's for our business. Convincing my husband everyone deserves a second chance and time to adjust to our needs for satisfaction service.
