I’m very happy with my braces treatment at Lotus Dental Rosemead. The dentist is skilled and attentive, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for orthodontic care.

The medical service at Rosemead Lotus Dental is the worst I've ever experienced. My daughter has a wisdom toothache, and she had an appointment yesterday for 5 PM to see the doctor to see if she needed an extraction. Shortly after registering at the front desk, a female staff member came to take my daughter in for an X-ray. After the X-ray, the staff member simply told my daughter to leave without telling her she didn't need to see the doctor and could go home. So my daughter and I waited in the waiting room until 6 PM, when the last patient had left, some of the staff had also left, and the store was almost closing. Then a staff member came to ask if we were waiting for someone else. I told her we were waiting for seeing a doctor, and she told me that my daughter didn't need to see the do

This place is horrible. Save yourself the time and don’t come here. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Staff are so incredibly rude with a condescending and unprofessional attitude. They don’t care about your teeth, they care about the money they make. It mostly depends on the staff that services you but take one look at the reviews and you’ll see this applies for the majority of people. Come at your own risk.

Very bad customers service. Do not waste your time and money here. They do teeth cleaning same like you brush your teeth at home. I was lazy to change to the other place and booked with one girl that I think she’s ok, better than all the other girls. I booked 3 months ahead. My appointment at 11:20AM. I got there waiting from 11:20AM to 12:10PM and a girl called me inside. When I was inside, she said “can someone else clean your teeth? Cuz the girl you requested was with other patient. If you want her you need to wait at least more than 30 mins” I was very upset and walked out to ask to the receptionist why she booked for me with that girl and giving the time that I booked to work on someone else?
