Lost Mountain Dental

I HATE going to the dentist but Haley and Dr. Johnson were amazing! Haley was kind, compassionate, and did a great job explaining everything she was doing to put my mind at ease. I’ve had very bad experiences at the dentist before and they restored my faith. Will definitely come back here.

I absolutely LOVE Lost Mountain Dental. I went for my first time and it was wonderful. I am someone who is normally afraid to go to the dentist but, because of the staff from front desk to the doctor that has changed. Thank you so much Caroline and Dr Banfield for changing how I feel about going to the dentist.

I have been going here for years, and I am now considering switching to someplace new. I am continually disappointed with estimates vs actual charges!! I recently went and discussed all charges with them, then 2 days ago I get a statement from insurance saying that they ran x-rays even though I was already maxed out on that coverage. They don't check anything ahead of time and I am always paying out of pocket!!! Also, I am on periodontal maintenance which I have to pay out of pocket for and seriously it's the quickest cleaning I ever get plus I couldn't tell you the last time any gum pockets were measured! Now 2 weeks out and I am feeling soreness in an obvious pocket, which I know I have had, but which they did not mention, treat, comment on or measure!!! What has happened to this p

Absolutely great experience here. I just moved to the area and my last experience at a dentist was not great. There was no shaming or being made to feel bad about not coming to the dentist for a while, just a plan on how we move forward from here and what needs to be done to ensure everything is healthy and where it needs to be.

Excellent experience at my new dental office. Dr. Vera explained everything so well. She is gentle and friendly. Office staff are very nice. 100% recommend.
