Really great experience! Shout out to Shyla who was amazing and really helped me bring cost down for the optional preventative laser. She was probably the best dentist I have had and will definitely recommend her to everyone. She also is amazing at numbing. No pain!!

Be careful when getting services outside of the normal routine dentistry. I recently got a crown. I paid for my patient portion upfront. Being from an insurance billing background, wasn't comfortable for me, but most of the staff is friendly and the Dentist is a great guy, so I did it. Months later I got my EOB and wondered why my patient portion was $546 less than what I was charged. When I called it was explained to me that there was special material they use for my crown that does not get billed to insurance and is patient portion. This was not discussed with me prior to my treatment. Ellie didn't even explain to me why special material is needed or why they use it. Nor was it explained at the time. Dr. Kevin Su offers an excellent experience for your dental healthcare needs. In addition, Dr. Su retains an excellent crew. Personable, professional, and efficient. Dr. Kevin will go the extra mile to complete any procedure as well as address any and all conditions that may need attention during your visit. In addition, Dr. Su provides access to dental specialists whom meet his high standards of service, professionalism, and patient care.

Front staff was great. However I had the worst experience with Tara Norouzi. Came in to perform a deep clean and overall check up, her delivery was absolutely terrible like I had something very bad going on. I asked for gas but she said she can make sure that I don’t feel any pain at all, not know she was pocketing my whole mouth with injection (I couldn’t talk for the whole day) Paid 500 plus first visit overall acceptable out of pocket, after looking at my insurance bill they tried to charge 4000 dollars to my insurance but only got approved for 800, lol jokes on you. What’s even worse is I went to my second clean at another location and they stated that the deep clean was performed horribly.. STAY AWAY. PERIOD.

The dentist herself was fine and explained the procedure clearly. Unfortunately, that’s where the professionalism ended. After my appointment, I was made to wait over an hour just to receive a simple cost estimate for the procedure I came in for. Eventually, I was told their system “wasn’t working” and that the estimate would be emailed to me later. It never was. I then had to call FOUR separate times just to follow up again to get a an estimate so I can choose between two options and schedule my next appointment and I NEVER received anything. I pay for this service. I showed up on time. Why does my time seem to mean absolutely nothing to this office?
