This is a hidden gem in Laurel. One of the best pharmacies in town that I’ve had the pleasure of doing business with for the past 5 years. I rarely write reviews but I had to take the time out and commend the staff for their exceptional service. Dr. Alex is very knowledgeable and will answer any of your medication or medical concerns. My family and I have been getting our prescriptions from this pharmacy for the last 5 years. We’ve never had a complaint as their customer service is exceptional. The entire pharmacy staff is courteous, professional and most importantly honest. They won’t try to sell you anything you don’t need and will work with you to save you the most money. Consistently professional services! I have been purchasing a compound cream for my daughter and I exclusively for over a year here. This is the only pharmacy in the area I know that will hand mix it! Over 8 jars...each one perfect. Owner is extremely pleseant and knowledgeable. (He even held his store open on a Saturday afternoon after his posted closing hours for my husband to drive across town!) You won’t be disappointed here! I would rate this zero stars. I had gotten my prescription from this pharmacy because my dermatologist had given me a coupon. When I went to refill, the girl quoted me a price higher than my coupon and original pharmacy. I asked her about my coupon, and she told me that it didn't work anymore. I asked her if there was anything she could do about it, and she blankly told me know before I could finish my sentence. I asked her if she could transfer my prescription and call my pharmacy, and she told me that she was too busy. I understood the circumstances, but if she was friendly, and if she let me know that she was busy at the moment, but could could do it later, but instead she gave me the worst customer service! I am going to transfer all my prescriptions from them and won't be returni

Beware!! The pharmacist is very rude. He did not fill my entire prescription and when I came back to get the remaining medication he tried to act like he didn't remember and did not want to give me medication that was owed to me. After going around and around for about 15 minutes he finally gives me the medication. He would not allow me to use my HSA card. He said he would have to charge me more for using my flex spending account. Then to top it off when I got home I noticed my medication ( a topical cream for my face) was very old and discolored. I will not be using this pharmacy again.
