Loretto Multi-Specialty Dental Center

Got my tooth pulled out at this location. It went fine. Liked it enough to try to switch dental offices. Came in for a consult and they sent me to Endodontics Limited becuase they thought there was an infection. Endontics notified the office that the tooth in question has been treated before. Which they charged be $400 dollars for A CONSULT. I call back to Loretto to schedule my dental implant. They never picked up. If they did pick up it was routed to an indian man who is telling me my name, dob, and address when I've never shared that with him. Nicely done outsourcing work and sharing my information. What am I mad about? American Health System. Incompetent health care providers for sending me on a wild goose chase where my money is bouncing out of me like mario kart.

Worst experience ever . Front desk staff is not professional at all . I scheduled an appointment for cleaning last week they called me couple days before and canceled it for some reason which its ok ,I don’t mind and I rescheduled another one for today . I went there, wrote my name down, the girl told me we will call you soon . After 35 mins they called me , sat me down and told me someone will come to do my cleaning. After 15 mins of waiting one girl from the front desk showed up and told me that I will have to pay or leave because my 6 months appointment is due next month . How is that possible when you call me for confirmation..you send me a reminder message and when I come there you are telling is due next month ???I cancelled all my plans to be there .. !I am not sure if I am going

My appt was only for a cleaning. Scheduled at 930a, however, I was not seen until 1030am, which is completely unacceptable. Also, instead of a clean and sanitary pair of goggles, I was given someone's sunglasses to cover my eyes while I got cleaned. Also unacceptable. Will mostly likely not be returning.

2/5 stars - 12/20/2023. I recently visited this place, and my experience was a bit mixed. First off, I was disappointed that despite leaving a message a day before my appointment, as they claimed, I never received a call. It would have been more convenient if they had communicated any eligibility issues when I scheduled the appointment a week ago. Additionally, the chronic long wait times were frustrating. Even arriving on time, I found myself waiting anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour before being called in. Not the most efficient use of time, especially considering I made an effort to be punctual. After all, I took time off work in order to schedule this appointment. One more drawback is their scheduling system for regular dental cleanings. Instead of being able to plan ahead for the

Visited two months ago to have an impacted wisdom tooth removed. The receptionist, anesthesiologist and the oral surgeon were all very nice and welcoming. The anesthesiologist made me feel very comfortable as I was very nervous about my sedation. All in all I had a good experience here. The only thing I would say needs improvement is the wait times. I did wait a while both times I visited this office.
