Longwood Dental has been great so far! I moved my dental care from a previous provider seeking a new one who were straightforward, transparent with expected costs, and welcoming. This has been my experience so far and I look forward to continuing my care here!

Even though I no longer live close to Longwood Dental, I keep coming back for the excellent care and cutting edge services they provide. I really feel like the staff cares about my well being. Chrissy is the absolute best and makes every appointment a positive experience.

I received a letter from their office, threatening me with high cancellation fees for the appointment I had canceled in a timely manner. I went to the office and asked for clarification from Sabrina, their practice manager, who promised to investigate the case and get back to me. She did not ask for my contact information nor to make a copy of the letter, and she never contacted me. How did I feel about this? One star.

I’ve got some concerning issues going on with my front teeth, so I made an appointment with Dr. Grieco. He was so warm and authentic, put me at ease, and explained a treatment plan in a way that I didn’t have to run it past ChatGPT to understand what was needed to be done. The front desk is terrific - pleasant, professional and super helpful. Not that I’m looking forward to the work, but I feel much better about the outcome.

This is the fourth review of this business since the previous ones had disappeared from Google mysteriously.
