Longview Wellness Center: Hull Pamala D

I've been involved with this center for my child for three years now and it's always been trouble and a struggle. We've shown up for scheduled appointments and haven't been seen due to the doctor not being in. Understandable that the doctor has sick days too, but not acceptable that they my child missed school just because we were not contacted regarding our canceled appointment and never contacted again to reschedule. It's also a struggle every month to receive his paper prescription. I've even asked what I can do to make sure it is ready for pickup by the time or sooner that the medication needs refilling. Even with following every tip offered it is still a struggle and nearly impossible to get it on time even after contacting them more than a week before the prescription is due for ref

I could give them a 0 for doing nothing. Nurse Ramsey did not approve of giving my child medication for a cough that she had, she also just listened to her lungs and said it’s ok go, back to school. I took her to another doctor, they did a swab test and she had strep throat. This incompetent nurse did not test her for anything. All they did was a hearing test. I left phone calls to speak to the director but no one return my calls. They got the nerve to beg me for money for doing nothing. Don’t take you’re kids there the whole staff is incompetent.

Wow...I cannot believe all of the negative comments....Well, all I know is Dr Tracy saved me from self destruction. I became his patient right as Covid came out and he has always calmed my fears and listened to me. So all the backlash is throwing me off a little bit. And as far as the front desk. Cuddos to you guys.....I have witnessed first hand the things you have to deal with in that office sometimes . I could not do it. And Yes these doctors haver degrees.... But they are still human Thank you for always being helpful to me .

This place has changed drastically over the years. It is dingy inside. When you are trying to set up an appointment, they will give you an appointment for 2 months in the future. I waited for my appointment for today. They cancelled and said I can come at the end of January. It is October. The lady was talking about my personal stuff so loud all the people can hear in the lobby. Do not waste a moment of your life calling this awful place.

Randy Moore has been very helpful and professional meagan McDonald has been a life saver when it comes to my thyroid ! I’m greatful to them for helping me as much as they have thank you Sincerely Stacy moon
