I had an appointment with Dr. Ransdell yesterday and was so pleased with the entire experience. The front desk staff and everyone in the office were professional, kind, and friendly. You can tell they care about their patients. Highly recommend.

If you need to speak to someone at the front desk about biling or have a question about a medication that was prescribed good luck speaking to anyone in the office. The number transfers you to a 3rd party answering service that I have been calling for 6 weeks. I have also been transferred to the office manager, been told by the third party answering service that they would leave a msg and a text to the office maanger and still no call back until today. My appt was 1/13 and today is 3/9. I spoke to a nurse and was met with attitude and not one apology for no one returning my call sooner. Sadly, I won't be back and that is unfortuante as I had a good experience with the doctor. The front desk also said they couldn't verify my insurance at the time of my appt (I am covered) so had me pa

I had an appt with Dr. Ransdell and 3 "concerning" spots were biopsied. Upon calling to check for results, I was told the results were left in a vm. I check deleted vm's, texts and emails and no test results were found. I then proceeded to call 5x to request resend. One vm was received and stated results were sent. Why go to the effort to call back and NOT leave results! Besides, to request results 5x and to not receive a prompt resend is simply bizarre. I've never experienced such laxness from ANY previous medical establishment.

The care team at Longhorn Dermatology was excellent. Drs. Ransdell is very personable and thorough, and my Mohs procedure with Dr. Trainor couldn’t have gone better! Definitely recommend highly!

The staff is friendly and professional from the moment you walk into the office to walking out. Dr. Ransdell is funny, personable, and thorough. I can’t say enough about these people at Longhorn Dermatology! Go see them.
