I’m extremely active and have had different sports injuries that require Physical Therapy. I attended LI Sports and Rehab following a shoulder surgery and after a knee and Achilles injury. How fortunate I was to have been recommended to go here! All the staff are extremely knowledgeable , professional and patient. First step is a thorough evaluation, followed by structured guided exercises and stretching, leading you finally to a self guided program you can do at home or in the gym. I can’t recommend this place and people enough!

Great knowledgeable, professional, and kind staff. Family feel. Gym has all the equipment you could ever want and treatment plans are comprehensive and challenging while also being totally doable. Love the work out I get every time I have a session and the guidance they give me throughout. I can truly say that they saved me during a very difficult time in my life… got me walking after only a few sessions and then post op really supported my progress and helped me get passed any physical and mental challenges. Can’t recommend this place enough. If you need physical therapy and live in Holbrook, check them out!
