EXCELLENT DOCTOR!!!! I was feeling a little nervous, but the assistant who took my panoramic X-rays walked me in & explained step by step what she was doing I was put at ease. She was very gentle with me like how one would treat a nervous child. The manner to which I was treated & the professionalism was top tier. The receptionist at the front desk was very kind & patient as I got my insurance info for her. She answered all my questions & made sure I had a follow up appointment in 2 weeks) after my extraction. When I left I forgot something & called but no one answered. She saw I had called 2x & called me back. That was very nice of her. Dr. Keene is def a God send. We need more dentists like him. I had my 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Mizrahi - really smart, professional, kind, and always made sure I understood everything she was doing and felt comfortable at all times throughout the process. Unfortunately I ended up developing a dry socket which led me to have to come back to the office several times to have that treated. As a result, I got to meet all of the oral surgeons in the practice and call confidently say that they are all fantastic. Best of all, the office staff is unbeatable. They are caring, accommodating, funny, patient and really go out of their way to make your experience the best one possible. I love this practice and you will too. 11/10 would recommend.

Great neck location is awful. I asked several times for them to let me know what the cost would be and she kept saying the insurance isn’t calling me back or the wait time is too long. $2400!!! What! And I have insurance. When I finished my procedure and went to check out she said $900 please and I was like are you serious? Then I get an additional bill for $1500. I had an issue with my treatment and they quickly billed me for another $1500! What? Do yourself a favor and never go this office and DO NOT see Dr Cole. I would rather leave a big gaping hole in my mouth. Unreal!
