Excellent customer service;super nice especially when your not feeling good( thank you) super clean; super proffessional; beautiful interior; very relaxed atmosphere; very private; very efficient. They are our new goto.

Kim and Dr.Narimatsu were absolutely spectacular. From the check in process to being seen, everything ran smooth. They answered all of my questions with no judgements and patiently explained everything I had minimal understanding about. I’ve been to a few places where it seems like my care was 2nd on the list, but truly I can say it was their 1st priority. Thanking the staff again for a great experience 10/10 would recommend.

When I went in, I was feeling really sick — but I left feeling so much better thanks to their outstanding care. Everyone was wonderful. The receptionist was kind and welcoming, the nurses were attentive and compassionate, and the doctor was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood everything. You can tell they truly care about their patients. I highly recommend Lonestar 24 HR ER to anyone needing urgent care. Thank you for making a difficult day so much better!

By far the best and only ER in town for me and my family, my 3rd coming ( brought my wife first 2 times), but 1st time for myself as a patient . The staff is absolutely Amazing, caring and genuinely caring about your health and discomfort. From the moment you walk in, you get a sense that it is not a typical ER visit that is going to be crowded, long wait time, and overwhelm you with stress . The waiting room here is very calm, inviting, has free snacks and drinks to help put you at ease for the short time you have to wait to be seen. I can't stress enough the quality care that you get coming here, and can't recommend this place enough for whenever life throws something medical related your way, come here, you won't regret it.

Brought my daughter in for her sports physical, they were extremely quick had lots of great snacks. The front desk lady Claudia was very personable. The nurse Kat and doctor were extremely quick and professional.
