Receptionist is rude and unprofessional. As I was checked in she told me that she thought I was already in with the doctor. I guess they dont verify patient information here. Obviously another patient was taken back during my time slot. As I was waiting in the waiting room a patient that 30 minutes late was allowed to skip me to see the doctor which I spoke up about. The receptionist was unkind about the unfairness of the situation. I had to request to speak with the doctor to resolve the situation. The doctor herself is decent. One issue with her is that she speaks loud and her conversation with patients while in the room can be heard in the waiting room?

Went to this dr since I was new to the area, and thought it was experiencing a UC flare. She gave me steroids and moved on, one month later im in the hospital for 5 days with Cdiff that ive has for a MONTH and was worsened by the steroids she prescribed. And she never tested for it. the hospital GI was shocked, and honestly recommended I reported her to the medical board. Don't use this dr.

The Dr. is nice. She talks a lot. She doesn't give you enough time to share all of your history. When she asks you questions, she will cut you off instead of giving you enough time to think and give a thorough answer. We have been twice and I do not feel that we have been given enough time to give her all of the information about the case. Perhaps she should schedule more time for new patients. On the second visit, it seemed like she had not read the chart ahead of time. She was not familiar with what we had told her on the last visit. I think that she was overbooked because we had a long wait time. The person who scheduled our appointments was nice. There is one person who checks people out who is kind of rude. Absolutely horrible experience and reception. The Dr. was an hour behind, rushing through patients, did not listen to anything I had to say, kept cutting me off and speaking over me, did not let me explain anything, and jumped to a multitude of conclusions without even knowing what was going on. She wanted me to go several scans and tests without explaining why or answering my questions, and gave me an endless list of restrictions that were not based on anything I had said. I would strongly advise AGAINST going here. They don't care about you or your health, they just will send you for tests without hearing what's going on.

Who knew having these types of procedures could end up with an amazing staff and Dr. We have 3 different appointments and just so happy and pleased with their bedside manner and results. HIGHLY recommend. This an actual review and not fake.
