Doctors get an A. Otherwise D-. Phones are seldom answered. Admin staff gives the run around . No one is responsible for what all know is broken. 5- days running around to get medical records. 5- days and counting to return phone messages to case manager. 10 different people stumble, uncoordinated. trying to help, no one in charge of making it right .
