Slow staff slow office pointless making an appointment when they leave you sitting in a room every.single.time. For over an hour before they even begin doing whatever you came in for. Will definitely be looking into other options and letting others know.

Don’t take your children to Dr. J Loeb we had one of the worst experiences with him as our first time meeting him he was upset we were there and told me he will have to speak to the woman in front because he does not have appointment on Fridays at 11:30. After we were just following the ER doctor’s instructions since my daughter had her first seizure. He didn’t seem to know anything about my daughter had no clue of her mri results he had to constantly stop and read the notes. Just an overall joke of a neurologist I hope someone takes care of his patients as it’s clear he is only there for his paycheck and not his patients.

I have never seen anything move so fast and efficient in my life. My13yo daughter went from a seemingly stomach flu to a 15cm tumor in her abdomen within 72 hours. The surgeon Dr Baerg, the Oncologist Dr Collins and every resident, nurse, physical therapist, housekeeping and everyone else were simply gracious, loving, kind, efficient and amazing. I am so grateful. In the darkest time of my life, I am comforted and confident that my child is at the best place she could be.

Thanks God , other doctors send me here. The doctor help my 8 months daughter . She has a terrible skin allergy. Due to cows milk, pecans, walnut. But they got the special milk for her. Thanks also the great personal .

Undoubtedly the best experience I've had with any Loma Linda location, every doctor and nurse was so kind and accomodating.
