My husband sees Dr Alsyouf in urology. He and the staff in his offices have been absolutely stellar. They've made our treatment as seamless as possible with a positive and encouraging and supportive atmosphere. Thanks guys

I had prostate problem. I have very bad experience. Nurses in the clinic were very friendly, professional. But very poor patient education. My problem dragged on for a year with no result. I went thru painful procedure with no positive outcome. I finally gave up and went to Cedar-Sinai. My problem was fixed in 3 weeks.

We opted for a video chat since the drive is about 45 minutes away and gas is almost $7 a gallon. We were asked to login 30 minutes before the 10 am appointment at 9:30 am. We waited for thirty minutes with no one connecting to the video call. Eventually I called urology and was transferred to pediatric urology and left a message. As I was leaving the message I was called and told the provider is running late. I was asked if we still wanted to continue the appointment. Unfortunately, we had to stay because this issue is an important health issue but I do not intend to continue with LLU for much longer. Their service is hit or miss. Not consistent at all. It shows disregard for a patients time. If I cancelled and rescheduled I would still have to make another appointment after we already wa

Customer service for pediatric urology is a complete joke. Spent 30 minutes on the phone, mostly on hold because clearly the person answering the phone had better things to do. Instead of listening she was very obviously having a separate conversation with someone in the office. I’m so sick of this place.

Staff is great. LLUMC is the Best. Period
