No stars would be better than one. Tried 3 times to get my son in to see a Cardiologist. Have gotten transferred and hung up on as well as passed off to other people. Nearest appointment we were given was July when were in the ED 3 days ago. Not only does he have a PPO, but the Hospital is in network. Going elsewhere, and willing to pay the money to be seen and taken care of.

Tried to make an appointment due to sudden hearing loss and they told there are no appointments until February. It’s August. Evidently Loma Linda ENT do not think sudden hearing loss treatment is important. Wasted my time on the phone updating my insurance with no intentions of actually helping me.

My mom has been going here for speech therapy and their office staff is amazing ! They are so attentive and organized , very professional over the phone and in person . Their therapists have been very patient and kind with my mom as well and she has been showing great improvements .

The Outpatient Physical Therapy staff are amazing. They enjoy their job and delight in helping their patients get back in shape.
