We have had great experiences at this business. The doctor relates very well to my children and is very personable and knowledgeable about her craft. We shall return again and again. I changed this review from a 4 to a 2. Doctor is Great. Staff are very friendly. Customer service--as in the completion of providing product is poor. It has been nearly a year and I STILL do NOT have my requested contact lenses. I have called and expressed frustration and STILL no contact lenses. I really didn't want to give a bad review, but I am an unhappy customer and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Bamboozled! I received my glasses on the 6th of May, and they did not have the prescription in them. I brought them back to them on 5/26/17 & it is now 6/27/17, and they can't offer me an explanation as to why I have yet to receive my glasses. First of all, when you call that office they always have a message that they will be closed for umpteen days, and when they are open they barely answer the phone. Today I placed a call to them only to be told that there is an issue with the lab. The receptionist had the audacity to ask, well did you get the letter we sent you last week explaining what is going on with your glasses, and I said absolutely not!!! I have called my insurance company to file a formal complaint and upon further investigation they called the lab and the lab stated that they

Great staff, excellent Doctor! This is my place for life. I’m tired of those big corporations who don’t care about nothing but your money. This place is great. They actually care about you. Dr Bennett is the BEST! Come here and get treated right

Always trust worthy and professional. Dr. Hill has been my optician for over 10 years. I am a Photographer and I wouldn't trust my eyes to just anyone. For medical opinion, eye examination , and medical treatment Logic EyeCare is the simply the Best!

Dr.Hill and the staff were so kind and generous. I not only recieved the blessing of one pair of glasses but 2!!!! And I was able to walk outside and be able to see clearly for the first time in 3 years!!
