Loganville Dentist Office

My wife scheduled this appointment for me and I did not look at the reviews, the same as many people on here. They were very courteous at first and then once we got to the examinations they started planning work that we have not even discussed. When I asked about some of the procedures Dr Kim specifically told me on one of them because "she can tell". Also she was a little less friendly as I started asking questions. This place is just 10 minutes from my home but I would much prefer to drive an hour for a better dental practice.

I’ve been here for a couple of years and Melissa is like a bright light that’s never gets dull. It’s refreshing to see a big smile from the front desk personnel, if I could give 10 stars I would. I drive at least an hour to this location. The dentist always listens to my concerns and gives great feedback it’s clean and smells nice. Definitely would recommend this office to anyone!!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Loganville Dentist Office. I was told I had a mouth full of cavities and was pressured into dental work I later found out I did not need. I paid $1,700 for treatment based on their diagnosis. After getting a second opinion from another dentist, I was told I have no cavities at all. Despite this, Loganville Dentist Office continued to contact me asking when I was coming back to do more work for cavities I don’t even have. This experience has completely broken my trust. I feel misled and taken advantage of, and I would strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before agreeing to any major dental work here.

Well I wish I read the reviews before I went here. I was severely pressured into getting the work done. I said no to the work and then there were 3 different people that came in one after another asking why I wasn't going to do the work that day. And what they could do to convince me to do the work It was well over $1000 in cleaning that I was not prepared to get done. Insurance was not going to cover as well. They definitely push way too hard to get you to do the work. I was very uncomfortable and after reading the reviews alot of people say the same thing. I dont know how they are still in business. On top of everything I wasted my insurance for the year. Do not go here.

⸻ I am writing to share my experience with Loganville Dentist Office regarding a billing concern that has yet to be addressed. During my most recent cleaning, I was pregnant, and as a result, no X-rays were taken. Despite this, I later received a bill that included charges for X-rays I did not receive. I contacted the billing office multiple times and left several voicemails and emails seeking clarification and correction of this issue. Unfortunately, I have not received any response. At this point, due to the lack of communication and unresolved billing for services not rendered, I will be contacting my insurance provider to report and further review this matter. I am very disappointed with how this situation has been handled and expected better communication and accountability.
